Temporary workers mostly with very little room to move up the job ladder.
Sales Associate (Former Employee), Stuttgart, ARJanuary 13, 2014
Pros: my last day taken out to eat by my store manager.
Cons: no job advancement for temporary workers.
Login in the computer tell the computer what the weather is like for the day, give your opening store cash, and deposit for the morning. Morning meeting everyday between 9:45 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.to discuss sales or how poorly a store done or what wasn't turned in properly to the office. Co-workers were great, manager was great, the district manager who – more... you maybe seen once or twice a year would stand over your shoulder dictating and questioning your every move why did you do that or why is this looking like that. The company did not make the job enjoyable when the district managers or upper management were around. Everyone always thought their jobs were on the line which they were if you was a temporary worker. – less
