Not someplace to grow unless your a brown noser
Helpdesk Specialist (Former Employee), Plano, TXJuly 28, 2014
Pros: free lunches
Cons: new management left much to be desired
Was great in the beginning until new management started, slowly became a game of brown nosing. They downsized to be bought and things have slowly gone down hill from there.

At Fonality, if one thing is guaranteed, it is that by the end of your time there, you will learn how to work through crises and difficult conditions. It will push you to your limits and force you to either surpass them, or be left in the dust.

Management chooses to squeeze as much out of you as possible yet that only serves to show you how much you – more... really can bring to the table.

Despite the ups and downs, it will never cease to amaze you how far you have come, looking back on how you were when you began. – less
