I love the work schedule. Company rewards employees every month for a accident-free month with a 25 dll gift card. Every Friday they bring us breakfast. Company management has a favoritism system. They decide who stays and who gets overtime, or who gets laid off. They have no training curriculum. They want you to learn a new job asap on the spot. 2 months you are working steady and maybe some overtime, then for next 2 months you are working 24 or 32 hrs a week. Sometimes you might get cut off for a whole week..not often. They don't have a pay raise system also. Their most advanced techs are making 12 or 12.50 an hour..not good for me.
