Force 3 does a great job as a company overall to try and make work enjoyable. They do team outings, allow casual wear in the work place, have fun events, and happy hours. However, all of that is clouded by the lack of guidance by management with day to day involvement. The manager that decides if you're worthy of making more money, or if you're doing a good job, has no involvement in the work. They hold the keys to your future but do not really get to see what you do day in and day out to go above and beyond. This means that great employees often get over looked and employees that work just to get by are advancing sometimes. Additionally, the recruiters sell the fact that you will be given more opportunities in the company past your original hire position. However, due to the management style, this just isn't the case. I've seen people that have worked at the company for 5 or 6 years still in the same position, despite their hard work and knowledge.
