Successful applicants shall be legal to work in the United States, possess a Valid Massachusetts Drivers License, have dependable transportation, Have a minimum of 3 years work experience in Commercial grounds/landscape maintenance, Commercial mowing, Plant Care, and General labor functions. Experience in the safe operation of landscape power tools, and assorted hand tools.
All candidates must pass a prehire drug-test, A background check, have manual dexterity, and the ability to lift and carry 100 lbs. These positions work in all weather conditions and work outside. Work week is M-F 7:30am-4:00pm. There is no vacation, No sick time for seasonal employees, and absenteeism and tardiness are not tolerated. There are 13 paid holidays, but seasonal employees are only paid for the holidays occurring during there work season, April-1st week in December. Employees work under the direct supervision of the Grounds Superintendent and foreman, or the assigned full-time employee.
