cash office duties and running the front of the store as well as the cashier. customer service and friendly work place. the staff was great to work with and we all were team players.

I start with putting merchandise on the sales floor while keeping the department clean as I work. There are times when I must stop what I'm doing to put returned merchandise back where it belongs. I've learned how to re-arrange the department when seasons change or with special occasions.

A typical day was processing and displaying new merchandise. I learned how that particular company operated which needed improvent in the managers department. My co- workers were average but there were a few who complained. There really wasn't anything hard about that job

unload/loading trucks making sure the ware house was clean and all the duties was done and then on floor duties which was helping consumers

my work day was very cool and exciting at times i learned how to operate the register handle cash and make sure each customer was very satisfied my manager was very helpful and understanding and my co-workers were very generious I think the hardest part of the job was during the holidays when the store was packed with customers the part i enjoyed the – more...  most was making sure I got the customers advice and complaiments on the way i work and how fast i learned in such little time – less

I loved working at forman mills. The work enviroment was wonderful.

In the back by myself unpacking huge palets, putting clothes on racks, helping customers find clothes and answering their questions. I learned how to be faster and more efficient. Horrible management. They are very uncaring if you have school to go to or children. Co-workers do not help at all. fast paced environment what i learned is how to work the stock room & computers

I LEARNED MORE WAYS TO MAKE AND KEEP MY CUSTOMERS HAPPY AS WELL AS MY CO WORKERS. THE HARDEST PARK ABOUT THE JOB WOULD BE NOTHING . WORKING WITH PEOPLE ARE THE GREATEST PART OF MY JOB.

I was at first excited because this was my very first job, but weeks into working this wasn't what I expected, the store was poorly managed. Hours always were getting cut, they let people easily call off and even miss days of work unexplainably. I intended to work very hard, which I did, but then they started taking advantage of my work because other – more...  employees were lazy, they would call me in multiple days of the week where I was supposed to be off just to come in and work, sometimes working overnight. Working for other employees or shortage of employees. Forman Mills needs to get a stronger management. I will never work for them again. – less

Management was all over the place the were not efficient in the work environment.
Co-Workers were great but at times could be annoying.
Traveled to Other Stores for training did not have on site training in their own Store.

ITS A REASONABLE PLACE TO WORK, ALTHOUGH LACK OF HOURS, YOU CAN GET PROMOTIONS, THEY HAVE A BIG LAY OFF RATE.

At Foreman Mills I spent time in unpacking from receiving area and distributing items to the floor. I wish I could have continued to work there but as an intern was only allowed to work for six months.

THE EMPLOYER I HAD WORKED WITH WAS NICE AND FUN TO WORK WITH THEY WAS COOL BUT WE STILL GOT ARE WORK DONE
