Overall a good company
Laborer (Current Employee), Fairbanks Alaska – January 24, 2013
Pros: enjoyed building and working as a team.
Cons: construction work is spuratic. not knowing when the next job would start.
Very honest company. Hard working owners.

I started working here to help ut the owner who injured himself. I took over the existing ongoing projects they had been working.

Building decks, room additions, remodeling, and basic handyman tasks.

Hardest part of the job was dealing with the elements in the unpredictable Alaskan weather, while still meeting – more... dead lines.

The most enjoyable part of the job was the problem solving and seeing the projects through to completion. – less

Productive and rewarding company
Human Resource Assistant/Senior Admin Assistant (Current Employee), Waltham, MA – October 12, 2012
My day starts and ends with doing numerous tasks for the President of the company along with my everyday work and dealing with numerous busy deadlines throughout the year. I have grown within the company for almost nine years and have always encouraged to learn new tasks that would benefit me for the future. Unfortunately, it has come to the point that – more... there is no more room for advancement within the company. The company is small so we have been able to develop some great friendships and its like having a small family at work. Like at any job, there are good days and bad days, and you have to take each day at a time. – less

the hardest part of a job when your a forman is getting people to work as a team but once you get past the fact that you have to be open minded an you listen youll see that people listen to what you have to say but most of all you have to let them know your not perfect an you make mistakes as well as there opinion matters.
