Formula Street is an event marketing division of Formula PR (www.formulapr.com). We specialize in innovative experiential marketing campaigns ranging from large-scale mobile tours, PR stunts, street activations, on-premise sampling programs and more.
We are currently seeking a full time Project Coordinator for our experiential marketing campaigns. Our client list includes such popular brands as Heineken USA, Behr paint, Rhone Valley Wines and others. This person will be responsible for assisting with the coordination of event details including creative development, research, scheduling, execution and reporting. This person must have a strong understanding of the event marketing industry with proven experience event logistics and planning. Field experience a plus.
-Create program schedules based on event research
-Research events/trends related to our client needs
-Research pricing and source vendors for program production elements
-Source all necessary event permits
-Assist with all program logistics
-Participate in the creation of all program reporting documents
-Assist in concept development for new business presentations
-Bachelor's degree (marketing, public relations, communications)
-1-2 years of agency and/or event marketing account experience
-Event planning experience
-Strong networking skills
-Strong communication skills
-Excellent writing, organizational, multi-tasking and presentation skills
