Arriving early with lesson and materials prepared for day. Set up classroom and present varied lesson to students taylored to their learning style. I have to work with coworkers weekly and sometimes daily in order to complete tasks. The hardest part of the job are the multitudes or demands from different parties ie parents, principals and students.

I leaned a lot about professionalism. Although I did enjoy the children and most of the parents, I feel that the authority has been taken from teachers and principals. We aren't given time to teach life long skills anymore and the children need it. Also, the number of test days in a school year has become ridiculous.

If it hadn't moved to another state i would still be working there
