Overall, company was a good company. They pay pretty well and they have a good benefits package.
The company has undergone a 4% raise across the board and have a ton of competition. The first quarter for 2017, their stock prices pretty much flatlined. Going from about $24 to $6, you can imagine the craziness that occurred. The problem with that happening is that if you're new(er) or your job can be added to someone else's duties, then you're expendable and not needed anymore.
My manager was really an outstanding manager and had a very relaxed supervisor mentality, while being strict and understanding.
