On any given day, me personally, I would either take freight off of a trailer, or load it up. Every once in a while the management would throw me into the office and I would be behind a computer, which was more mentally challenging than anything. I got along great with the managers there. Great people, fun to work for, they all started from the bottom, so they don't have that self entitlement issue. They have all been where you will be starting at should you get hired on. hardest part of the job is the physicality of actually loading the friend back into a trailer. If you cant pick things up with the forklift then you will have to do it by hand, and that can be challenging. especially with the furniture that comes in card board boxes! But overall the best part of the job is coming to work in a great environment! Great co workers, great people to work for and the occasional Forward Air Proud Cookouts!
