Usually I'd walk into work and feel super welcome. Working here i learned a lot about kinds of things you should or should not say to customers. I learned a lot about ways to get to know people faster. For the most part I loved my managers. They would push me to succeed as much as possible. My co-workers were easy to get along with. They tried making – more...  everyone feel included and help each other out with sales and what not. The hardest part of my job was at one point just getting up in the morning. That was when I started working stockroom though so of course it would be hard to get up before sunrise. The most enjoyable part of my job was just working. Hanging out with my co-workers and getting to know customers. We met a lot of people from different countries and who had some pretty interesting stories. – less

Having an office in my home. A very fun company to work with, a lot of great people. working with buyers of major dept. stores from St. louis to cinncinatti. Traveling to NY 5 times a yr for major markets. Working with buyers to ensure they had the right mix in thier strores and the right stock levels. Fossil accommodates anyone who is interested in great customer service. I was trained very well and treated with nothing but kindness my my fellow co-workers and managers.

Enjoyed the people i worked with but the company does not look to help employees advance within the company.

Worked with a great sales and management teams that made our environment fun and fast-paced. Fossil as a company is constantly growing and innovating making our jobs selling our product a great experience. My location always made room for company growth and I was an example going from key holder to assistant manager in 8 months time.

Working for Fossil was an interesting event. When properly staffed, it was a good, relatively easy job. However, in my year, it was rarely properly staffd.

I worked for Fossil for 4 years. I found it to be a good work environment. This company focuses on positive attitudes and is constantly finding way towards improvement. I love this company and their products. It makes it easy to sell their product and, you will always encounter great Fossil fans.
