Cons: irregular hours and work schedule, lack of vacation time and personal days, cancelled vacations, working on call.
A typical day at work consisted of responding to productions needs to keep equipment running and on weekends perform preventative maintenance and work on projects. I had excellent co-workers that were always willing to teach and listen. The most enjoyable part of working was the constant challenge and overcoming challenges on your own and with your – more... team. Foster Farms is a good place to work if your looking for a stable job. The pay isnt very good but they do have good benefits if you work there for atleast 6 months. They are always hiring but do it through all star staffing.
