The Administrative Support position is responsible for assisting personnel in all departments of Foundation Care.
ESSENTIAL ELEMENTS OF THE JOB
- Provide administrative support to CEO/CFO.
- General administrative support duties, including faxing, collecting data, copying, and maintaining files.
- Assist with the transition to paperless medical records (scanning charts, sorting/tagging files, etc).
- Maintain paperless medical records filing system.
- As needed, work with all departments on assigned projects.
- Observe and comply with all Foundation Care policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- High School Graduate or Equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Pharmacy Technician Registration Preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn new software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
