The Administrative Support position is responsible for assisting personnel in all departments of Foundation Care.

ESSENTIAL ELEMENTS OF THE JOB

  • Provide administrative support to CEO/CFO.
  • General administrative support duties, including faxing, collecting data, copying, and maintaining files.
  • Assist with the transition to paperless medical records (scanning charts, sorting/tagging files, etc).
  • Maintain paperless medical records filing system.
  • As needed, work with all departments on assigned projects.
  • Observe and comply with all Foundation Care policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • High School Graduate or Equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year experience
  • Pharmacy Technician Registration Preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to learn new software
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

SALARY

Starting at $10.00/hour.
