Pros: hourly pay, ease of submitting nursing notes, responding to problem between client/nurse
Cons: scheduling
Well I was hired as a vent/trach nurse less than 2 weeks after I got my license. So I will always be grateful to them for that. But when it came to the schedule, I would always get screwed over! I gave them my availability upfront and was told no problem, that they could work with me. But when the schedule would come out, totally different...I think – more... favoritism played a huge part in that. They should really put aside personal differences and focus on what's best for the clients. – less

Pros: free lunch, dinner or whatever the clients are eating or free food at meetings ect.
Cons: honestly i cant think of any at this time, i left the company for my own personal reasons.
I think the company was fair and treated everyone involved with respect.
