Pros: free snacks, great office building, truly caring and appreciative management
Cons: entry level salary isn't competitive; often asked/expected to work outside of business hours
It's always crazy in the admin department, you never know what you'll be handed next. For me, that was a huge plus. I've learned how to plan for events, how to host meetings, how to multi-task on an executive level. They really take time with each person they hire, to make sure that that person will be a good fit for their team, and the company culture as a whole. It can definitely be challenging to balance competing tasks when they are all high priority, but you'll always get whatever support you need.
