at midnight or shift with my previous employer. I would do a very detailed cleanliness inspection of my stations. Once inspection is done it is documented. I then grab all materials needed for cleaning, distribute them and use as well if needed. At the end of the day i would do one last inspection and make document of all required paperwork such as; supplies used, supplies available, call-ins re-schedules and rate all stations on a scale of 1-5 of its cleanliness.
I learned how to supervise my piers as well work with them as a unit to complete on common goal of task at had. I absorbed knowledge annual osha safety pratices that benefited me health wise.
My co-workers were nice and genuinely good people majority in all departments.
The hardest part of it was tryin to keeping everyone happy at the time.
The most enjoyable part of it all was. getting to know new people from all over the world with different culture and giving and sharing with them the experience if of the culture of downtown Las Vegas.
