Results oriented sales person wanted to manage state of the art self-storage / mini storage facility.
Must have strong sales abilities for one-on-one interactions with prospective customers and be able to close sales. Outstanding opportunities for driven and goal-oriented people who have excellent customer service skills.
Must be organized and be administratively proficient with good computer skills. Associate Manager will also be responsible for managing sales leads, properly executing customer leases, managing cash collections, reporting daily results, monitoring physical property systems and maintaining A+ property appearance. Routine light cleaning of the property is required as an integral part of achieving sales goals.
The ideal candidate for Self Storage Associate Manager must have good communication skills, professional appearance and maintain a positive attitude. Bilingual English/ Spanish a plus. High school diploma required with at least 1 year experience in the self storage / mini storage industry.
Position offers $10.00 per hour with 40% potential monthly bonus for full time employment.
