Service Technician/Manager (Current Employee), Toronto, ONMarch 23, 2013
Pros: paid every two weeks
Cons: very little help from management, work is not planned well, company supplied tools are of the weekend handyman variety.
Hard to classify. Basically, there is no competent manager. It tends to be a poisoned work environment. No safety program and injuries are regular and not reported to WSIB. Language is a huge barrier.
