Pros: free movies on the studio lot
Cons: some micro management, strictly by the book.
Fox Cable Networks is a reputable company to work at. There are many benefits and it's a very secure corporation. If there are lay offs they work with you to find other positions within the company that will fit your abilities. The only thing is if you quit the company its hard getting back in for re-hire.

Fun for the first 12 years- but got bad the final year

Pros: flexible at first
Cons: inflexible at the end
I made the job fun for the first 12 years but cutbacks in the final year forced me to handle 2 extra jobs that were vacated and things went downhill and things got pretty unfair at the end.
