typical work day is securing our members with the knowledge we have about their accounts, helping and providing the information they ask for and educating our members about financing. Being a teller is pretty repetitive but there are challenges which are dealing with the harder members. Listening and following direction is always the key to finding a solution. My co-workers are awesome! They help a lot are we are a great team.
