I had the opportunity to do a lot for Fracture, but most of it was unpaid, apart for the full-time job I hold. I feel like I'm under-utilized and I believe it's just because the company can't afford to pay their staff any more than they already do -- and I feel like my pay is offensive for the work that I do.
My coworkers are absolutely wonderful and are the reason I have stayed at Fracture. I really enjoy the atmosphere, but I believe that I belong in a more professional atmosphere.
The management is very minimal, and we strive for a team-based environment where we are all watching out for each other. The company believes this is productive, but I feel it is not as it creates workplace drama and allows individuals to slack on their duties.
The most enjoyable part about working at Fracture is hitting the milestones throughout the year, whether they are the implementation of a new technology or setting a new company record.
