I began as a mail room clerk. Stuffing bills, marketing to uninsured locations. Processing request for customers proof of insurance request. Filing and answering phones. I moved to billing dept. customer service. We would assist the customers w/ cancellations notices, policy monthly payment plans. Workers Comp. annual audits. Processing change of endorsements on policy's and assisting customers with any questions.
