It was a fascinating job. It gave me more information about taxes. I was able to help sort the returns that come by mail. I also sorted the returns from the child support information. As well as the corporation returns.We were not always stuck in one unit ,there were always shifts from units to units according to where the bulk of work is , necessary – more... to be done and out. I was able to get some computer experience. I was able to get new skills. – less

I enjoy my job. I think the management should be more encouraging to the seasonal workers about taking test to better themselves to get a better job within Franchise.

A fast-paced company, dealing with personal taxes. I enjoyed the overall essence and especially learning the new programs in the non-tax units. It was interesting to learn about child-support, vehicle registrations and court-ordered debt payments.
