Catholic organization - good place to work
IS Sup Analyst II/Data & Comm Analyst (Current Employee), Baton Rouge, LAOctober 24, 2013
Pros: great benefits package
Cons: compensation package was one of the lowest in the industry
FMOL and OLOL is a good place to work. It is a large health system with multiple hospitals throughout the state of La. There are over 45k+ users on their AD domain! We maintained cutting edge information technology as well as medical technology. We were always researching new trends in Medical IT and IT in general. Management was fair, amiable, and – more... professional at all times. I consider many of my managers as mentors and some of my co-workers as friends. – less

IS Support Analyst, IS Training Specialist (Former Employee), Baton Rouge, LANovember 26, 2012
I learned alot at FMOL. Massive organization. 21000 devices and over 6000 employees. Coworkers were great; I had 220 of them with me in IT. They taught me alot. Had some wonderful opportunities to work with technologies ahead of the game. Hardest part of the job was the sheer amount software and devices. Very complex environment. Most enjoyable part – more... was also that fact. – less
