A broad based Insurance Services provider is seeking a sharp and energetic Implementation Specialist to join its growing team. This is a key role and is responsible for implementing specific software applications for new and existing clients.
You will communicate directly with clients to gain an understanding their product needs and current business processes. This role will interface with the technical team to ensure that client needs are understood and to initiate the implementation process. In addition, you will interface with both the client and the technical team to coordinate and track the implementation.
In addition to being the “face of the company,” this project coordinator will be the key facilitator of information --- outstanding client service and communication skills will be critical.
- 1+ years of related experience with software product installation.
- 4 year degree in a related communications or Business field is preferred. Work experience in lieu of a degree may be considered.
- Stellar communications skills a must
- Excellent project and people management skills
- You will be proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook,
- Previous experience working in the insurance and/or financial services industry is highly desired
