Program Coordinator for Project Lift is responsible for the administration, coordination, management and implementation of all aspects of the program. Must work cooperatively with school personnel and community professionals in assisting youth to develop constructive social/educational patters and peer relationships. Candidate must have prior grant writing and reporting experience. Project Lift provides a safe environment after school and offers skill building activities, goal-oriented/positive youth development activities and discussions for "at risk" children in two of the elementary schools located in the Saratoga Springs City School District. Candidates must love children, have a BA in human/social services, have a minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience, possess strong organizational skills, the ability to relate well to children/families of varying socio-economic status and a strong commitment to our community.
