Fun workplace
Debt Consultant (Former Employee), Tempe, AZ – April 25, 2013
Pros: free lunches every third thursday of the month and very accommodate work schedules.
Cons: rude and careless managers as well as high turn over.
A typical day at work would be clocking in, checking voice mail's, responding to emails, making 40 dials out of office and working with creditors to settle clients debts. The only skill I learnt at this job was my negotiating skills to get lower percentage settlements for clients. The management didn't really help when you needed them, they never seemed – more... to be around. If you did find them they answered workers questions very short and were rude most of the time. The co-workers there were awesome are usually the "go-to-people" and were very pleasant to work with. The most enjoyable part of the job were the hours, awesome benefits and the one free lunch a month. accommodile – less

Pros: monthly lunches, monthly recognition & family oriented
Cons: healthcare could be better, no short-term disability benefits, lack of interaction between some depts
An environment provided with excellent tools & training to achieve success. A company with integrity designed to assist consumers in eliminating unsecured debts & re-establishing their credit.
The hardest part of the job is, recent growth has led to micro-management, which has caused some discontent. However, all managers are approachable, will listen – more... & consider your concerns. – less
