Pros: honest, great housing, great pay
Cons: do not have contracts in every state
I loved my recruiter. Very honest and on the level. Freedom took great care of me financially and with housing. I was paid on time every week and was paid very well too. I would still be with Freedom but I wanted to go back home and they did not have any contracts in my area so I just went pool with my local hospital. On my orientation at the hospital they sent me to, I was paid my contracted pay scale. I've worked for other agencies that have paid me about 25% out my contracted wage while on orientation. Before signing any contract, ask your recruiter about how much you get paid while on orientation. Example, if your contract comes out to be $45/h, on orientation, you might only get paid $17/h. But not at Freedom, you get the entire amount.
