They tell you very vaguely what you'll be doing. Mine went quick because like others I was a friend of a friend.

Not so demanding. However, the key requirements are simple. If you enjoy talking/meeting new people, always energetic, and trainable. You have the tools for a future in Freedom Mortgage.

I was hired through a third party contract agency, so I wasn't privy to their interview process. Seeing how the company operates, I am sure it's not short from being unprofessional and disorganized.

What they tell you at the interview is far from the truth. Once you are hired and on the floor be prepared for a shock.

I was told that I would interview with several managers before being hired; interviewed with only one person on 12/31/15. Hired without any FBI fingerprinting, drug tests, etc. This was foreign to me since my background was in banking. Training began 1/18/16 and Trainer told me there would be very few people in that class if fingerprinting and drug tests occurred.
