Unfair scheduling. Too many hours given. Requested days off not being honored near holidays, even though you put your request in first. Stressful environment with too many responsibilities and not enough time to complete all of your tasks.

Yes. It was time and a half once you worked over 40 hours in a week which might be common in some clinics. Also you got a dollar or so extra for working after 5 p.m. and on weekends. Clinic was closed Sundays and Saturday shifts everyone had to work but they rotated Saturday shifts so you didn't work every Saturday.

No, there is NOT a degree needed and they aren't going to take that into consideration either unless it's for Nursing.
