Driver (Former Employee) –  Oklahoma City, OKJanuary 3, 2018
There were many things about this position that made it a great job but others that made it a challenge. Each driver is given a set route and sent out for the day. There were many times that the trucks were not loaded in the most efficient manner and that made deliveries very challenging.

Sales Executive (Former Employee) –  Dallas, TXNovember 20, 2017
Worked 60+ hours a week. Hard to maintain good work/life balance if you are in the sales force. Worked every holiday and weekend. Fast paced,self-driven results--100% commission based. Not enough compensation for auto allowance.
Great company to work for if you want good health benefits.
Good diversity of people working at company.
I developed hundreds of business relationships throughout the year and maintained these throughout my employment.

Your start pay is good but don't expect more pay if you learn more roles, luncheons every month from different locations are a plus. Overall a good company to work for.

Produce Life
Administrative Assistant/AS400 Receiver (Former Employee) –  Austin, TXJuly 21, 2017
Working in a produce warehouse with perishable goods will show you the value of money and charity. Many times the food bank would absorb food from our warehouse. It was enjoyable to be able to help but it cost the company more money and that is when inflation happens. This is how I learned the value of inventory control. It is critical when dealing with this type of merchandise. It is very important to have the correct count and pay attention to detail.

They promote from within only to give miserable wages and overwork their staff
Supervisor (Former Employee) –  Turlock, CAMay 4, 2017
Stay away! Although it looks like a nice place to work they are just focused on image. You will be nothing but a body to them that can easily be replaceable, upper management acts like they care about you and then talk behind your back or cover their own behind by throwing anyone they can under the bus. They speak about safety as if they care when all they worry about is covering their own behind and find ways to make those that get injured or have an accident feel uncomfortable with their passively aggressive ways. This place is a disaster even turlock business know how terrible this place really is. If you're desperate then this is the place for you
Pros

Order Selector (Former Employee) –  Turlock, CAMay 1, 2017
Typical day at work we will come in and have a meeting about how much orders were going out that night. We would focus on safety and sending out the best quality produce. I learned of how important it was to send out good product drive a pallet jack and a lot of safety. Management was great they would always push us to do best and would have a great attitude with everyone. Hardest part was probably the days previous to holidays where we would have to complete more orders than usual. Most enjoyable was everyone got along well and we would all work as a team.
Pros
Great team

Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) –  United StatesMarch 24, 2017
Great workplace for someone who is about to retire or wanting a slow paced environment. Very outdated in many ways. Not allowed to request time off or leave when work is done. If you don't mind sitting 8 hours on autopilot mode with a short break then this is the job for you.
Pros
Easy workload
Cons
No work/life balance.

Was told I got the job only to never hear from them again. Empty promises. My smarts scared them off. They wanna be number 1 and intimidated when someone else comes in that knows more then they do.
