Inexperienced Management and Rampant Favoritism
Housing Coordinstor II (Former Employee) –  Fresno, CANovember 7, 2017
This place was stressful to work at but that wasn't the worst of it. Training poor and was expected to perform at a high level. Favoritism everywhere!

Poor Management, favoritism, money more important than community

This agency is too top heavy
Housing Program Coordinator III (Former Employee) –  Fresno, CAAugust 14, 2017
Management only cares about "looking" good in the community instead of actually "doing" good within the community. Upper Management is not invested in the community, because they are not from nor do they live in the community. They are only there to fatten there own pockets.

ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE PROGRAM ASSISTANT I (Former Employee) –  Fresno, CAAugust 8, 2012
Learned so much about the hardship many families are going thru in the central valley. It is very rewarding to work with these families and see them get off public assistance, becoming employed, self-sufficient, and altimately purchasing the home of their dreams!
Pros
