Pros: employees were nice
Cons: long hours, very hot
Working here is ok, if its your first job or wanting to get into the manufacturing industry. I was working night shift, 7pm-7am, and rarely had 2 days off in a row. I usually only got a night off per week. The job was extremely hot all year round, about 80-95F at all times. My boss was hardly ever present and if anyone had downtime, he would get very angry, although he rarely did anything to help. The people were ok, over worked and underpaid. I liked the job because it taught me about injection/compression molding, and I learned to excel on every machine I was assigned to. Job morale wasn't that great, but I tried my best to be a happy employee every day. The most enjoyable part of this job was probably the people I worked with. They were very helpful, and treated me like family, even though I was much younger than most of them.
