Pros: unlimited commissions, cafe located on site with free food on saturdays.
Cons: veterans who take half your sale, if you're not bi-lingual it's very difficult to find customers.
Selling new cars is not as easy as most would think. Long periods of boredom, followed by brief periods of insanity best describes the new car business. When selling cars, it's not so much what you know, but who you know. Much of your business is referral based and repeat customers. Lots of leg work and prospecting is needed to build a client base.
Friendly is a GREAT facility, 20 acres of vehicles, and generous pay scale. If you've already built your client base, you can do very well here. Doesn't hurt to be bi-lingual either.
