Productive and easy going workplace sometimes not enough activities for the high function , but ok for the others , We exercixe everyday by walking outside if the weather pemits which my guys love it very much being I take them out , Co workers were wonderful we work together as a team, the hardest part of my job was taking away privilege that they really like doing, the enjoyable part was doing different activites or interacting with them, they were all joys
going to special olympics with them as their coach

It is fulfilling to work at Friendship, seeing the kids achieve their milestone. The people that work their are great to work with. The management really tries to work with your schedule. very nice people.

I loved my job and working with the consumers and staff alike, but the management only cares about what money can be saved. Consumers can be on the brink of a severe medical emergency and they are forced to wait for assistance. Staff tries very hard but walls are hit around every corner by corporate barriers.
