Environment Services Dispatch and Service Tech (Former Employee), Milwaukee, WI – March 30, 2012
Pros: educational classes
Cons: healthcare
My exprience with the company was unfairness, dishonesty, prejudice, unloyality, and painful. I went in daily with the knownledge of when will the suffering end. I learned that a companies policy and purcedures only goes for the bottom workers that is less cared about. That starting from the president down to the supervisors, your cocerns and safty – more... does not matter. You will not get the help you deserve and there is no guilty conscious. Co-workers are encouraged to disrespect you at anytime and not be disciplined, as long as it does not affect management or supervisors. The hardest part of the job is showing up, knowing that you have a chance of getting sick and no one cares because it has become a practical joke and game to the company. I enjoyed making through the shift without getting sick from the chemicals and going home. – less
nurse extern (Former Employee), Milwaukee, WI – January 30, 2012
Pros: education
Cons: 7/70 schedule.
I worked at Froedtert as a nurse extern while still in school. This is a special program for nursing students. There were many organized educational opportunities and was an awesome experience for a nursing student.
