Full Service Restaurant Manager. Must be knowledgeable in all aspects of restaurant business including overseeing food quality and portioning, event planning, staffing and scheduling, payroll, inventory, and bar management. Must have some cooks' line and grilling experience. Must know Aloha POS system Applicant must have corporate restaurant management experience. Must be bilingual (English/Spanish). Must be able to plan and carry out catering, monthly specials and themed parties. Must be available 6 days per week, Must have open availablity that meets restaurant's needs. Must be self motivated and goal oriented. Must be able to increase revenue and keep operating costs to a minimum. Must have a passion for good food and good service.
