Sales and service rep (Former Employee), Burnsville, MNMarch 24, 2014
Pros: paid time off if the daily allotment allows you to take a day off
Cons: poor management, negative work environment no job security
Poor management, negative work environment. Poor quality products difficult to sell to people who are constantly having issues with their services. And let's just say do not get pregnant there because they will find a reason to let you go, I know 2 other people that were pregnant and they no longer work there. I was promoted and then demoted because – more... I was pregnant. – less

Sales Specialist (Former Employee), Allen, TXSeptember 9, 2013
The mood is set very high with all the excitement going around in this job. Working with a team of coworkers who love to be there as much as you is an irreplaceable feeling. Helping hundreds of customers on the phone every week with any needs they have while also giving them what is best for them. On your breaks there is a big group of ping pong going – more... on. Never a dull moment. – less

Internet Technical Support (Former Employee), DeLand, FLJuly 23, 2013
Pros: pay, culture, and location
Cons: job security, room for advancment, management.
Took about 30 phone calls a day with varying internet problems. was around great co workers and a fun environment. Management was too harsh for a brand new department, singled out employees. Most meetings with management felt like interrogations instead of constructive meetings.

Delivery Driver (Former Employee), Decatur, GAMay 7, 2013
Pros: working independently
Cons: commission / no benefits
A typical day at work for me starts out loading merchandise and planning my route. I have learned that road safety plays a key role when delivering heavy loads being able to have control over how your truck is loaded and merchandise is position aids in having control of your vehicle by judging your speed, turns and stops. As far as my manager he rely – more... on me to get the merchandise to its delivery location safely. My co-worker / navigator is awesome we have GPS, But I was fortunate to be paired up with someone who really know streets and highways. The scenic route is ok sometime which GPS is good at but knowing alternate routes and avoiding traffic is better for me. The hardest part of my job is driving long distances and still have to share of unloading the truck. Being the only driver traveling for a long time when you reach your destination it becomes hard to unload 50 to 60lbs of weight consistenly. And the most enjoyable part of my job was finally reaching a point of confidence knowing how to perform my job correctly and returning home – less

Administrative Assistant (Former Employee), Fort Wayne, IndianaDecember 26, 2012
Pros: healthcare
Cons: constant reduction in work force, switching to contract employees.
My duties at Frontier included supporting the field techs in establishing new circuits for cell towers and other areas. Support included managing material, processing the work orders, project management. The hardest part of my job was trying to meet due dates that were set unrealisticly or always changing. I enjoyed my job due to the day to day challanges.
