sales commission only
Customer service associate (Former Employee), Springdale, OhioJune 14, 2015
Pros: friendly customers, great sales and office associates
Cons: Asked to work extra hours for meetings, with no benefit. Can't leave customers until all sales are final, even if you miss your lunch. Then, get upset with you if you want to go to lunch after customer leaves.
Commission only, no raises, told if you want a raise you have too sell more. Company doesn't care about employees. Want you to learn and train on your time, no benefit. Good and friendly co-workers, Management sucks. Thought to be top of the line but the merchandise could be manufactured better (cabinets, lamps) and some of the furniture in the outlet should be thrown away.

Interactive labor in a community style environment
Warehouse Assistant (Current Employee), Columbus, OHJune 4, 2013
Overall a very good job for my taste, however some may dislike the labor because we had to prepare couches and desks and other furniture every day.

Warehouse Associate & Deliver Liason (Former Employee), Columbus, OHJune 12, 2012
Pros: potlucks all the time and great people to work with.
Cons: pretty much no raises ever.
Physical yet laid back place to work at. Everyone is friend there; office staff, sales, delivery, reair tech, warehouse, vendors. You will devlope great realtionships there. But if you ever want to continue with creating a higher salary this isn't the place to do it. There is pretty much no such thing as a raise here. The pay is fair but you cant work forever without a raise.
