My day to day life at Frost Bank has been helpful, fun, and full of opportunities for personal growth as well as the opportunities to help grow my staff.
I went through DiSC training set up through Frost Human Resources and was taught how to effectively communicate with customers, managers, and all bank employees in a professional and concise way. This helped me learn more about myself and how I process information, and how to help clearly communicate information I received from regional meetings to my staff.
My co-workers are all different and unique in their own way, and I have greatly enjoyed them all for it. Each person has shown me something new and has given me a new way to either process a transaction, assist a customer, or shown me a new perspective on life in general.
The hardest and most enjoyable part of my job has been growing my staff. Not everyone is as adaptive to change or coaching as other people, but learning how to lead my team to being more efficient, positive, and reach their fullest potential has helped grow me in return.
