My typical work day consisted of 8 to 12 hours shift. I learned how to better deal with customer complaint's in a faster pace environment . Management was always able to help with issue's so I relied on veteran employee's to assist me on any situation that I could not handle. The hardest part of the job to me was customer service part. Sometimes the customer just needs to hear someone else explain the same thing you were just trying to explain to them in a different way . The end result is the most enjoyable part of the job and that is satisfied customer's.
