Being micro managed. The upper management in my area philosophy is if an employee is paid hourly their manager will know where they are and what they are doing every minute they are on the clock. We have GPS on our vehicles and are measured on travel time and minimizing service time spent with the customer so more can be serviced in a day. We have to enter all movement and stops and account for all time in several databases. Then management monitors them all and we are graded on accuracy and they are compared with the tracked GPS movement and the minutes of inaccuracy are recorded and used as a matrix variable in reviews.
