low morale
Senior Financial Analyst (Former Employee) –  New York, NYOctober 31, 2015
The work life balance of this company is the worst I have ever experienced, which is really surprising being that they are not the biggest company I have worked for in terms of revenue, number of employees, and nature of the business. Low morale, very high turnover. Lack of communication and trust between company and employees.

Not what it used to be
Manager (Current Employee) –  New York, NYMay 16, 2015
Dead end jobs, in large part. There are scant opportunities for promotions, transfers, and pay raises. There are pretty much zero incentives to do more than the bare minimum.
Cons
Cheap, too political, backstabbing, short-sighted

Good stable job with lots of off-hour work

Lots of on-call responsibility. Management blindly follows the advice of the sales personnel and fails to take into account the workload or capacity of the technical staff.

This is a good company to work for if you need a landing place. They don't have a clear advancement program, their HR is outsourced and they don't have an HR rep anywhere near their main offices. If you have issues. However, if you do the work they'll pay your bills.

They don't pay the most, nor will they treat you special for doing a great job, but there are very few drawbacks. No one is mean, you don't deal with problem after problem, it just gets boring and you might consider advancing externally.
Pros
free fruit daily
Cons
"pass the buck" culture

The overall compensation was a little less than the market price for Senior Developers. A hard work oriented workplace. I cannot say much about Management. I was not there long enough.

All aspect of my work was enjoyable.
Pros
flexible environment

Datacenter Manager/Security Technical Advisor (Current Employee) –  Salt Lake City, UTJune 11, 2012
There's a lot to learn, and good opportunities to be part of something significant. The hardest part is working over 65 hour/week.
Pros
demanding yet rewarding
