Neutral view. Like the CEO's message to the company but middle management has a mix of good and toxic leaders. Advancement is possible if your manager follows the coach to win attitude which the company and CEO endorse. If experienced managers, that come from other companies, feel coach to win never existed in their times so why bother applying it now they continue with their old toxic ways that have lead to a high turnover recently.
The company needs to approach a more flat management style and eliminate mid level managers and directors that are contributing to high overhead and talent depletion.
