- Customer service & Outbound calling: provide first level of response to leads and customers, confirming appointments and rescheduling if necessary while maintaining an exceptional level of customer service
- Data entry & Customer database management: input, result, track and follow-up on all inquiries made though all inbound networks of communication using a contact management system
