Repetitive work, nothing much going on.
I learned a lot from doing the simple tasks, enough time for one to pick up on new things and teach themselves something new.
I LOVE the flexibility of schedules. As long as you get your work done, you should be fine. Just don't do your job too well or they will give you more and ask that you become a "team player" when that really means, others slack off more and you get to do their work while they "hang out" with some of the management and leave you working on their work.
The company has occasional gatherings and functions where people drink beer and wine. I feel it's very surface stuff. No genuine relationships within the company, UNLESS one has been there since it began.
