Pros: pay, volunteer over-time, some tuition reimbursement
Balance of work and home life, OT flexible. Break rooms with ping pong tables, Fuse-ball, and Wii. Gym on site and lots of engagement activities outside work. The work is challenging very analytical and precision, requiring high level technical skills.
