Poor management rude people and tired of busting my butt while others were standing around talking about hunting or fishing with the boss nonetheless. I was brought up that you work for your money not just show up do nothing and get paid for it. I really liked the work that I did there and don't get me wrong there are a lot of good people but they need to treat all their employees the same and all the rules need to apply to everyone instead of most of them while a certain few can do whatever they want and get away with it. There is so much wasted time with people socializing instead of doing actual work and it depends on who you are and if you're boss likes you if you can get away with it or not. Certain people work a lot of over time when there is no work, which never made any sense to me. It could be a great place to work but they need to make a lot changes and treat all employees the same and that has to start with upper management on down.
