Sewing Machine Operator (Former Employee), Slater, MOFebruary 4, 2014
Pros: okay pay, benefits
Cons: lots of overtime making life/work balance unequal
Pay was pretty good, ALOT of overtime up to 20+ hours a week, which made home life/work balance hard. Over all good company to work for. They listened to the employees and try to make things fair for all.

A productive cutting edge place to work
Buyer (Former Employee), Waukesha, WINovember 18, 2013
Pros: good support from management
Cons: high turnover rates due to use of contractors
The culture was very good as far as having opportunities to improve your knowledge and computer skills having to do with the MRP/ERP systems.

There was a good sense of team spirit within the department and throughout the company. Management seemed to be well qualified. Co-workers were pleasant and professional.

The hardest part was getting on top – more... of and cleaning up problems left by predecessors, some of which were unavoidable on their part.

The most enjoyable part was using my experience to solve problems. – less

During my years as District and Area manager, the group of people reporting to me were committed to the success of the company and my Regional Managers help us in providing he necessary tools to achieved outstanding results.

The hardest part of the job was the extensive area which I was responsible for which required continuous and frequent flying – more... outside of PR (Dominican Republic, USVI, EU, etc.).

The most enjoyable part was to experience the result of the hard work and sometime sacrifices that bring us to he top of the Caribbean Region, which result in a four time nomination for the District of the year (the maximum recognition for a US Based District) and winning the award two years in a row. – less

A typical day at work is entering invoices into Oracle, entering budgets and project plans. I've learned how to multi-task which allows me to carry out several duties at once. The hardest part of my job is taking a break for lunch and the most enjoyable is the constant workload.
